When to Contact Your Physician

You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Muscle soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise or program. Contact your physician if soreness does not cease after 5-7 days.

Coaching & Training Services

I am not responsible for anything that may happen while you work out or follow prescribed macronutrients, personalized workout plans, meal plans, or cardio regimens. All sales are final — there are no refunds if you are not satisfied by the workout or any other service offered. The workouts, cardio and macronutrient regimens given to you are designed for private use only and shall not be published in any way. Please allow 1-5 business days after I’ve received your answers to the extensive questionnaire for me to finish all of your workout, cardio, and macronutrient programming. All macronutrient-based coaching is based on my experience as I have no specific qualification in dietary nutrition. By purchasing any of my one on one online coaching programs (8, 12, or 16 weeks), personalized workout plan, or personalized meal plan, you certify your acceptance and acknowledgement of these terms.
