Before purchasing Aseel’s 120 day online coaching program, I was 225 pounds just starting my fitness journey. I was very hesitant to commit to 16 weeks with his online coaching program since I was new to weightlifting and had never had any luck losing weight in the past no matter what I did. After 16 weeks, I’m now 195 pounds and have actually re-purchased his 120 day program to keep going and get to my goal weight of 175 pounds! Having that goal was never even in my mind in the first place since I didn’t even think I could ever get past a ten pound loss but wow was I wrong. Aseel gave the easiest step by step instructions for me to follow when it came to following my nutrition goals and counting my macros (Taught me exactly how to count my macros as well since I was completely new to it), exactly how much and what kind of cardio I had to personally do (which both were constantly being adjusted weekly) and such a simple yet extremely effective weight training program that I was constantly progressing on! I was actually only weight training 3 to 4 days per week too! I’m ecstatic at the results we’ve achieved together and the entire simplicity of this program. 175 pounds is the next goal!
