These have been my results in ONLY 8 WEEKS of one on one online coaching with Aseel. Never in a million years did I think I could lose that much weight in a consistent week by week manner in only 8 weeks. Before working with Aseel, weight loss was one big sprint for me. I would take the most extreme measures just to lose a few pounds however I’d gain it right back. Once I reached out to Aseel for his guidance, he showed me how structured and simple weight loss truly is. He gave me such easy to follow programs when it came to my macronutrient protocol and weekly cardio session program along with my weight training plan which had me getting stronger ever single workout. I followed all of this which was adjusted every single week when we would analyze my data during our weekly check-ins. Sure enough, I was losing 1-3 pounds every single week in such a consistent manner. I expected some quick fix when it came to weight loss but he taught me sheer patience and structure when it came to my training and nutrition. I didn’t even feel like I was “dieting” the entire time! I’ve recently signed up for 8 more weeks with Aseel in order to make another transformation and best believe I’ll be back for another 8 weeks after that!

These are my results with Aseel for his 16 weeks one on one online coaching program. I lost a total of 23 pounds as I started his online coaching program at 180 pounds and finished at 157 pounds in 16 short weeks! Not only am I clearly much leaner and lost a ton of body-fat, but I’m even stronger now at 157 pounds than I was before working with Aseel at 180 pounds! I’ve never been so excited as this journey has been the most simple yet rewarding process I’ve ever done when it comes to getting lean, building muscle, and gaining strength. As far as Aseel’s online coaching, I don’t think he knows just how much he motivates and helps his clients achieve their goals because it’s truly life changing. Aseel is very easy to communicate with and extremely fast at getting back to any questions I have at any time of the day. I never had the guidance that Aseel provides in order to achieve the goals I want to accomplish until I decided to purchase his online coaching service. He has truly impacted my life in such a big way. I can feel and see my body changing every single week, along with gaining confidence and feeling better in general! The one on one online coaching has really motivated and guided me towards success I didn’t think was possible. Seeing Aseel’s passion towards his goals really motivated me as well to crush mine and he made it so easy for me to stick to my macros, cardio, and workouts in the gym. The way he treats me is beyond a “client”. Also being a busy student myself, I really relate to Aseel which makes it feel like he’s not just a coach but a friend.

Before finally reaching out and making a change in my life, I was so unhappy with where I was physically and mentally. Aseel’s guidance not only helped me transform my physique but my mental status as well. It’s incredible to notice how much better you feel when you start to achieve good health and fitness. It honestly felt like I was cheating the entire process since I was always eating foods I enjoyed and were considered “unhealthy” or “dirty” but I learned none of that mattered. As long as I hit my assigned macronutrient goals I was given weekly and remained consistent, my body would transform. This structure still amazes me at how simple and straight to the point it all was.

Being young, I hated not having a good physique. My confidence was at an all-time low however that changed quickly when I stumbled upon Aseel’s youtube videos and committing to his online coaching program. Before working with Aseel, I was doing all of the wrong things without even knowing! It all made sense since NOTHING I tried seemed to be giving me results until purchasing Aseel’s 16 week one on one online coaching service. The simplicity yet effectiveness of his workout program that he created for me was unbelievable. I lost a significant amount of body-fat while building lean muscle mass and gaining an incredible amount of strength! I’m much stronger while being a lot leaner now than I was when I was overweight and out of shape. The nutrition protocol was also so enjoyable as I got to eat whatever I wanted as long as I was hitting my assigned macros. My time with Aseel still isn’t over and it’s so awesome to be learning something new everyday as we communicate daily via text messaging.

Growing up without any health issues, I always saw what my brother Aseel had to go through when it came to dealing with his Type 1 Diabetes. Measuring his blood sugar 8-10 times a day, taking 4-6 shots a day, and all of the worries, struggles, and stress that came with his disease yet he never let that set him back or be unable to achieve his goals or whatever he set his mind to. No matter what it was, he pursued it with no limits no matter his condition or circumstance. My brothers passion and relentless interest in health & fitness truly inspired me to make my own body transformation and NONE of my success with my results would’ve been possible without his help since he has always created my weight training, macro, and cardio plans. He created everything that’s always been personalized and tailored to my goals and I’m so thankful for him. He motivates me every day physically and mentally, especially for taking something so negative in his life and turning it into an opportunity to help, motivate, inspire, and guide others towards success with their own body and goals no matter their situation.

I’ve been somewhat lean before but nothing impressive. I didn’t think I could reach that ripped physique I dreamed of having. However in just 8 weeks of proper weight training, macro, and cardio programming I got absolutely shredded! This was something I never thought was possible and I’ve never been so confident in my own skin. It’s crazy how enjoyable this all was too. None of it was something I dreaded doing like it was before.
